How to intersect a line and a circle?

When you intersect a line and a circle, you usually get two points of intersection. It is important to say which point you want to draw.

There are two ways of indicating which of the two points you want to draw:

1) Look from the line towards the circle. One of the intersection points is on the left and the other is on the right. You can indicate the left intersection point or the right intersection point.

2)Use another additional point. You can indicate the intersection point that is near the additional point or the intersection point that is far of the additional point.
